Whether you’re replacing an existing roller or developing a custom design, our engineering team provides full assistance from specification to delivery.
We supply GESADUR rollers engineered for demanding applications that require outstanding wear resistance, high mechanical strength, and reduced vibration and noise.
GESADUR is a high-performance thermoset laminate used in roller systems exposed to high friction, temperature variation, and moderate chemical environments—particularly in wire and cable processing lines and precision conveying setups.
With their non-marking surface and electrically insulating properties (anti-static behavior achievable through proper maintenance with Gesaclean), GESADUR rollers maintain shape under load and perform reliably after long idle periods. They offer excellent dimensional stability, thermal resistance up to 130 °C, and compatibility with oils and cleaning agents.
Our range covers standard and custom-machined rollers, with steel or stainless-steel cores, engineered to meet OEM or retrofit specifications. We provide worldwide support for reverse engineering, dimensional validation, and technical adaptation to ensure full compatibility with European and international machinery.
